When I'm not working or sweating my brain out in hot yoga, you can generally find me hanging from the tops of boulders by my fingertips. Three years ago i started rock climbing, it has taught me many valuable lessons and has greatly influenced who i am today. The most important lesson I’ve ever learned was that failing is part of the process, I have mastered this lesson. I’ve never been knocked down longer than it takes to get up. Learning how to fail has given me an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude towards life that has also given me the confidence to peruse challenges I would otherwise been too afraid to take on. It has taught me to be comfortable outside of my comfort zone, I’m always eager to take on new challanges.
